With the help of what I thought at the time was the blessed Ibuprofino I kept on walking. That resulted in almost 6 months of compression, rest and ice treatment and I still get twinges.<br />If you are anything like me when you but a flat pack piece of furniture or equipment you empty the box and start construction only reading the instructions when things go wrong!
